SpecialFinance.ai is a free referral and matching service that connects consumers with third-party financial service providers, including auto lenders, mortgage lenders, personal loan providers, credit card issuers, and credit repair services.

There is no fee or charge to use SpecialFinance.ai. Our service is completely free for consumers.

3. Eligibility

To use SpecialFinance.ai, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use our site.

4. User Responsibilities

When using SpecialFinance.ai, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information — The information you submit through our intake form must be truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in poor matches and could affect your experience with our partners.

5. No Guarantee of Approval or Terms

SpecialFinance.ai makes no guarantees regarding:

• Whether you will be approved for any loan, credit card, or financial product
• The interest rates, fees, terms, or conditions offered by any partner
• The number or quality of matches you will receive
• The outcome of any relationship between you and a matched partner

All lending decisions, credit approvals, rates, and terms are made solely by the third-party partners at their discretion. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for these decisions.

6. How We Make Money

SpecialFinance.ai is a free service for consumers. We earn revenue by receiving referral fees, commissions, or other compensation from our lending and service partners when we connect consumers with their products and services.

This compensation is paid by the partners—not by you. Using SpecialFinance.ai does not cost you anything, and our compensation does not increase the price you pay for any product or service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SpecialFinance.ai—including text, graphics, logos, design, layout, software, and other materials—is the property of SpecialFinance.ai or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our site without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of the service as intended.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that our matching results will meet your expectations or that any partner will offer you favorable terms. You use the service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpecialFinance.ai, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use our service
• Damages arising from any relationship or transaction between you and a third-party partner
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your information

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of SpecialFinance.ai exceed the amount of $100 USD.

Once you click through to a partner’s website or begin interacting with a partner directly, you are leaving our platform and entering a relationship governed by that partner’s own terms of service, privacy policy, and practices.

We are not a party to any agreement between you and a third-party partner. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product, service, or content offered by our partners. Any issues, disputes, or concerns with a partner should be directed to that partner.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of SpecialFinance.ai shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Ohio. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
